Rubek Thapa is a key member of Cubit Technology’s helpdesk team, providing essential first-line support to clients. As a Junior Support Analyst, he assists with troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring businesses can stay productive without IT disruptions. With a keen interest in problem-solving and technology, he’s quickly building his expertise and developing hands-on experience in the field.

Before transitioning into IT, Rubek spent a year working at Amazon, where he honed his attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments. Drawn to the ever-evolving nature of technology, he decided to pursue a career in IT, leading him to join Cubit, where he continues to expand his technical knowledge and provide valuable support to clients.

Outside of work, Rubek enjoys staying active, whether it’s going for a run to clear his mind or immersing himself in gaming. Always eager to learn and take on new challenges, he brings the same dedication to IT as he does to his personal interests.
