Do you support both Mac and PC environments?

Absolutely. We have always been vendor-agnostic. Our engineers all use Macs and all are capable of supporting both Macs and Windows PCs. Most of our agencies use a mixture of Macs and PCs so we are very familiar with hybrid environments common in creative agencies.

How do you handle software or systems you don’t know?

If it’s outside our direct expertise, we’ll liaise with the vendor on your behalf. You won’t be passed around. Even if the issue is outside our direct control, we’ll liaise with the other party until it’s solved – permanently!
