Riya Geevarughese

As a Senior Support Analyst at Cubit Technology, Riya Geevarughese is a key member of the helpdesk team, providing first-line support to clients and resolving technical issues with efficiency and expertise. Whether troubleshooting everyday IT challenges or investigating more complex issues, she ensures businesses stay up and running with minimal disruption. Her ability to quickly diagnose problems and provide practical solutions makes her an invaluable resource for clients.

Riya’s journey in IT began with a BEng in Computer Science from Queen’s University Belfast, followed by earning her CompTIA A+ Certification. Since then, she has built up extensive experience in IT support, working in the field for several years before joining Cubit in 2018. Her strong technical knowledge, combined with a patient and client-focused approach, has made her a trusted point of contact for businesses that rely on Cubit’s expertise.

Outside of work, Riya enjoys balancing her tech-driven career with creative and cultural interests. She loves listening to music, dancing, and travelling to explore new places. When she’s not on the go, she spends quality time with family – something she values just as much as a well-run IT system!
