Meet Ben Caspersz
Ben is a communications expert specialising in behaviour change. He founded Claremont, one of the UK’s leading behaviour change agencies, and has worked with NHS England, the Mayor of London, Alzheimer’s Research UK and the UN World Food Programme.
Through his consultancy, The Human Dimension, he now advises organisations on AI adoption. He completed the Oxford University AI Programme and is a Senior Fellow of the Behavioural AI Institute.
Most AI rollouts stall not because of the tools, but because people don’t change how they work. Ben will share what actually drives adoption, drawing on behaviour change work across the public and private sector, and what operations managers can do to make new tools stick.
