As Operations Manager at Cubit Technology, Barbara Grochowska keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From client billing, licensing, and renewals to day-to-day sales quotes and purchasing, she plays a vital role in ensuring both the team and clients have everything they need. She’s also the go-to person for keeping Cubit HQ in order, making sure operations are seamless and efficient. But perhaps most importantly, Barbara holds the coveted title of office social events coordinator, ensuring there’s always something to look forward to on the team calendar.

Outside of work, Barbara is no stranger to adventure. She’s a certified PADI Open Water Diver, having explored the depths of the ocean, and has also taken on the Ben Nevis Midnight Challenge for charity, because a standard climb just wouldn’t be exciting enough! Whether she’s managing business operations or tackling a new challenge, Barbara brings dedication, organisation, and a spirit of adventure to everything she does.
