Since joining us, Luke has proved to be an extremely focused individual. It is this alongside his laid-back attitude that helps him to make work life fun and earn a well-deserved promotion to our helpdesk manager. Luke is always looking for news systems to improve efficiency and reduce stress so that he can spend more time supporting his team members. After benefiting from the experience of an apprenticeship he has been determined to help train more young people and grow the team.
