Onboarding is included

Unlike many MSPs, we don’t charge an onboarding fee to transfer information from your outgoing provider and get you up and running. When you become a Cubit customer, we’ll handle documentation, network discovery, liaison with your previous provider, and all the other technical admin that makes the switch smooth. 

If a larger project is needed at the start (e.g. cloud migration), we’ll scope that separately – but you’ll always know what’s involved and why.

How does Cubit’s pricing compare to other providers?

We’re not the cheapest but we know our customers regularly review the market and retain us because we’re great value for money.

Are there setup or onboarding costs?

Not for onboarding of IT support. We only charge for project work and in those circumstances, we’d give a detailed estimate or fixed price quotation.

Can you help us understand what we’re currently paying for?

Yes. Many agencies come to us unsure of what their IT support includes. We can review your current setup and flag gaps or unnecessary costs.

Will I be tied into a long contract?

We want long-term partnerships but we recognise that it can take time to develop the trust required to commit to a long-term contract. Sometimes that trust comes from talking to us, or talking to our clients, or even by us doing a one-off security project. At some point, you’ll be ready to enter into a contract and we’ll agree on a length that’s comfortable for both parties. 

Do you sell hardware or software at a markup?

We will propose suitable equipment for you, and offer to procure it, but you’re also free to buy elsewhere if you prefer.

What’s included in your service?

Cheaper MSPs will tell you “Oh, you’ll need to call someone else about that” We won’t. If we can fix the problem directly, we will. If we need to liaise with another party, we’ll do that and we’ll keep the pressure on until the issue is fixed – permanently.
